Film Friday: Name that Movie!

A short and quick post for y'all today.  I've got some snippets from some really great movies - all you have to do is name them.  Because, hey, games are fun, right?  Enjoy.
  1. "If you're gonna shoot, shoot.  Don't talk."
  2. "I had a lot of fond memories of that dog..."
  3. "And all those... moments... will soon be lost.  Like tears... in rain."
  4. "You're like a gay Babe Ruth.  You're Gabe Ruth."
  5. "You told me those entry couplings would hold for another week!"  "That was six months ago, Cap'n"
  6. "You're a handsome devil.  What's your name?"
  7. "...and that's suicide.  By tiny, tiny increments."
  8. "Geez, if you wanted to scare the kid, you could of just pulled a gun on him."
  9. "He's the brains, sweetheart."
  10. "Do you have any last requests?" "Yes.  Don't fucking kill us!"
Also, in completely unrelated news, the production company Miramax was officially shut down today.  I'm sure I probably could have written a huge post about this subject, but I decided to go with random film quotes, instead.  No clue why.

  1. #3 is from Bladerunner. That's all I've got.

  2. Hey, you got the most important one!

    The others, by the way:

1: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly (best scene in the movie)
2: Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (closing scene)
3: Bladerunner (That whole scene was improvised!)
    4: Knocked Up
5: Serenity (early on, Kaylee to her Captain)
6: Grosse Point Blank (repeated numerous times in the film, but first said to him by his alzheimer's mother)
7: High Fidelity (John Cusack's monologue)
8: Jurassic Park (if my friend Kim read this blog, I can guarantee she'd catch that quote!)
9: Star Wars: A New Hope (Han Solo to Leia).
10: South Park: Bigger, Longer, and Uncut (also, one of the funniest lines EVER.)
